Trouble buying Platinum Tokens? Or you can’t seem to use them in-game? Submit a ticket best describing your issues alongside any media you may have. We can refer to error logs to best assist you through your transaction.

Unfortunately, once an offer runs out we can no longer assist with purchasing it. However, we can give you information on when the next corresponding offer is available.

Each account has 5 refunds they can use. These refunds will only refund the Platinum tokens of your purchase. This excludes all types of boost purchases. Otherwise, we have a Refund Policy to refer to before making purchases.
